Month 1 – New Again Houses General Training (5 Days/week learning & training)

Month 2 –  Digital Marketing (5 Days/week learning & training)

Month 3 – Acquisitions (3 Days/week learning & training), Marketing (2 Days/week hands-on)

Month 4 – Construction (3 Days/week learning & training), Acquisitions (1 Day/week hands-on), Digital Marketing (1 Day/week hands-on)

Month 5 – Project Management (3 Days/week learning & training), Digital Marketing (1 Day/week hands-on), Acquisitions (Half day hands-on), Construction (Half day hands-on)

Month 6 – Accounting & Franchise Support (3 Days/week learning & training), Digital Marketing (Half day hands-on), Project Management (Half day hands-on), Acquisitions (Half day hands-on), Construction (Half day hands-on)

Month 7 – Software Development (1 Day/week learning & training), Acquisitions (1 Day/week hands-on), Digital Marketing (1 Day/week hands-on), Project Management (Half day hands-on), Accounting (Half day hands-on)

Month 11 – Bridge to Own (1 Day/week learning & training), Acquisitions (1 Day/week hands-on), Digital Marketing (1 Day/week hands-on), Project Management (Half day hands-on), Accounting (Half day hands-on), Construction (Half day hands-on), Software Development (Half day hands-on)

Month 12 – Capital and Finance (2 Days/week learning & training), Acquisitions (1 Day/week hands-on), Digital Marketing (1 Day/week hands-on), Project Management (Half day hands-on), Accounting (Half day hands-on), Construction (Half day hands-on), Software Development (Half day hands-on)

Year Two

Increased responsibilities for the operations of New Again Houses® TRI corporate owned franchise and mentorship of first year resident(s). One day per week shadowing executives for New Again Houses® Franchise with a focus on corporate level leadership.

Year Three

Assist in the support and development of franchise network with the management of first and second year residents. This year will include travel to support franchise locations.

Great Books Curriculum

All residents will be expected to read a total of 36 books during the residency. Weekly Wednesday book of the month lunch discussion will be led by a New Again Houses® executive or professional partner. Books will span topics on strategy, leadership, scale, biography, ethics, marketing and other literature.

Supplemental Training and Site Visits

Quarterly visits to successful companies and strategic training on particular subjects to help us improve and generate innovative ideas.
