New Again Houses® Business Management Residency Program

New Again Houses® is a nationally franchised business with locations from Phoenix to Philadelphia. Based in Bristol, TN, the business is built on strong branding, technology, systems, and business strategy. With two new locations opening every month, New Again Houses® needs to develop talent capable of growing into both franchise owners and corporate leadership roles. The Residency Program is a three year paid business management program that will develop proficiency in every aspect of our business.

Residents will assume a great deal of responsibility in our lean organizational structure while acquiring hands-on experience in marketing, finance, management, software development, sales, support, compliance, real estate investing, and business strategy. At the completion of three years, residents will be qualified to own their own New Again Houses® franchise location, join the corporate staff, or apply their experience in other careers.

Get Real World Experience

The opportunity will intentionally introduce residents to a wide variety of expertise, including the latest digital marketing strategy, finance, software development, and sales. The goal is to develop core competencies in a wide range of areas so residents can fill multiple roles as needed. The core business of the franchise is real estate investment and residents will acquire a mastery in this area. Ultimately, this mastery and competencies in all the other areas will give residents a competitive advantage with their own franchise location or career path of choice. 

The culture of New Again Houses® is a fast paced environment that provides excellent training and a great deal of autonomy. The schedule provides flexibility amidst a high degree of responsibility. Applicants will need to display a strong work ethic and initiative as this is not a micromanagement culture. Instead, it empowers driven individuals to gain a wide range of valuable business experience that will be relevant for the remainder of their careers.

What You Will Receive:

  • $26,000/year Salary with incremental pay increases
