After graduating from Sanborn Regional High School in 1998, he attended Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and decided to pursue a major in computer science. After his sophomore year, he accepted an offer as a full-time consultant in the high tech field and began to pursue a career in information technology. Shortly thereafter, he became the Director of Information Technologies for a global software company and even had the honor of being published in Windows Magazine. After a couple of years in the field, however, he decided to explore other career opportunities, and he obtained his real estate license. While working as a real estate agent, Ryan developed an interest in property management and new home construction, so he acquired his Massachusetts Builders License. He used his technical and project management expertise, in conjunction with his interpersonal skills, to start a construction company that focuses on remodeling and building. He learned that this is his true passion, and, over the past ten years, Ryan along with his team has completed well over 100 custom projects ranging in price from $10,000 to over $500,000. They have constructed dozens of additions, remodeled kitchens and bathrooms, and built custom homes.
