This might be one of Annie's favorite projects so far! This is a beautiful traditional style home in Gate City, VA with amazing views of the mountains, tons of privacy and lots of square footage. Outside is a very manageable lot on a dead-end road with lots of wooded area to explore. Inside on the main level is a big formal living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, sunroom, one bedroom, a bath, and huge den space with wood-burning stove. Upstairs you'll find three more large bedrooms and a hall bath. This home has undergone a full remodel with lots of system upgrades as well as all the cosmetic improvements.

The kitchen is completely new with new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. The kitchen also has new tile as well as the bathrooms, and both bathrooms have been completely gutted and are brand new. We put down new flooring throughout the home and there is all new paint and fixtures. We have done an upgrade on the electrical panel, and fixed the heat pump as well as some more electrical and plumbing upgrades. This is an awesome gem of a home!
