Maryland Ave

We love this charming 2 bedroom 2 bath home on Maryland Ave! This home has so much character that we were able to enhance, including built-in bookshelves in the living room and an adorable breakfast nook in the kitchen. We used bold contrasting colors in the bathrooms to give them a more sophisticated look, and we were able to pull it off because of all the fantastic light coming in from the windows! We refinished the gorgeous hardwood floors, completely gutted and reworked the kitchen layout, fixed up the back porch and added stairs down to the backyard, and finished the project off with matching fixtures throughout the home.
