Where we buy & sell homes in the Morristown area

Morristown New Again Houses services the Lakeway area and the Smoky Mountains. That includes Hamblen, Grainger, Jefferson and Sevier Counties in Tennessee.

What makes Morristown special or unique?

Our territory is special because it is so widespread and diverse. We work in Grainger County where we try to keep things as cheap and affordable as possible, but then at the same time, we might work on a high-end cabin in popular East Tennessee destinations like Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

Any local trends you're seeing in Morristown?

Morristown is buzzing with growth! The area is seeing a rise in industrial development, likely due to better economic conditions and infrastructure. On the home front, lots of folks are choosing Morristown for living just outside Knoxville. It's becoming a hotspot for those who want a mix of suburban life and easy access to city perks. For investors and homebuyers, this trend opens up opportunities in both industries and housing. Whether you're into business or looking for a new home, Morristown's growth is something to keep an eye on!

How are current market conditions impacting Tennessee?

The real estate landscape in Morristown is currently characterized by a subtle shift. While there isn't a drastic impact on the market, there is a noticeable trend of properties taking a bit longer to be sold. This suggests a potential increase in the average time properties spend on the market before finding buyers.

Home sellers and buyers should stay informed about these trends to make well-informed decisions. If the current trend continues or intensifies, it could lead to a more buyer-friendly market, providing opportunities for those in search of a property. On the other hand, sellers may need to adjust their expectations and strategies to navigate the evolving market conditions.

How many houses have you purchased in the Morristown area?

I have purchased over 15 houses in the local Morristown area.

What’s the one thing you are most proud of?

Personally, I am proud that we have been able to keep a new human alive for almost 3 months. Professionally, I am proud of the strides we have made with our houses. Things are moving so much more efficiently and quickly.

What’s one of the most memorable homes you’ve worked on?

The most memorable project we’ve worked on was 201 Sequoyah Dr. It is the most memorable because it was such a beautiful home, but we had to overcome so many obstacles.

What's the one thing you dislike most about having to sell a house?

Having to hear my wife say she wishes she could keep this house!

In all seriousness though, it is nerve wracking to see if everyone likes all of the work you have done and design decisions you have made.

What is your personal guarantee that would make a seller in Morristown want to do business with you?

We promise to do anything we can to help a seller where they are at. We don't buy houses, we buy situations. That means we want to know what a seller's problem is, and how can we use our services to help them solve those problems.
